경남도는 감정노동자들의 노동인권 보호와 고충 해소를 위해 지난 2020년부터 추진한 ‘감정노동자 편의시설 설치비 지원사업’을 올해도 추진한다고 밝혔다.
감정노동자란 일반적으로 ‘콜센터 상담원, 판매원 등 직접적인 고객응대업무를 수행하는 과정에서 자신의 감정을 절제하고 특정 감정표현을 요구받는 서비스업 종사자 등’을 말한다.
통계청 지역별 고용조사에 따르면, 도내 감정노동자는 약 53만여 명으로 전체 취업자의 30% 이상을 차지하며, 감정노동자 보호에 필요한 CCTV, 녹화 장비 설치 등 실질적인 대책 마련이 필요하다는 것이 대부분의 도민 의견이다.
이에 경남도는 감정노동자들이 휴식을 취할 수 있는 휴게쉼터 신설 및 개보수 지원뿐만 아니라 각종 편의시설 설치비용을 지원한다.
지원 대상은 도내 감정노동자가 일하는 기업, 기관, 단체 등이고 개소당 최대 1000만원 이내로 지원하며, 자부담률은 20%이다.
지원 대상으로 선정되면 ▲휴게쉼터 신설 및 개보수 ▲냉난방기, 안마의자, 탁자, 정수기 등 휴게쉼터 내 비품 구입 ▲CCTV, 전화 녹음기, 격리시설 설치 등 감정노동자 보호에 필요한 각종 장비 구입을 위한 비용을 지원받을 수 있다.
사업을 희망하는 기업이나 기관 등에서는 도 누리집 공지사항을 참고해 오는 1월 30일부터 2월 17일까지 지방보조금관리시스템 ‘보탬e’ (https://www.losims.go.kr)를 통해 신청해야 한다.

한편 경남도는 지난 2020년부터 휴식공간 확보 등 감정노동자 편의시설 설치비 지원사업을 추진해 지금까지 22개의 도내 기업에 9136여만원을 지원했으며, 감정노동자 권익 보호 및 노동자 존중문화 확산에 기여하고 있다.
임재동 경남도 노사상생과장은 “감정노동자 편의시설 설치비 지원사업은 사업 완료 후 사업 대상 기업의 자체 만족도가 매우 높은 사업으로, 감정노동자가 일하고 있는 사업체들의 많은 신청을 기대하며, 도내 모든 감정노동자의 노동인권 보호와 고충 해소를 위해 지속 추진할 계획”이라고 말했다.
거제소방서(서장 주태돈)는 사우나, 수면방 등의 장소에서 화재가 발생하면 신속하게 피난할 수 있도록 ‘비상용 목욕가운’ 비치를 당부한다고 밝혔다.
‘비상용 목욕가운’은 사우나, 수면방 등에서 화재가 발생할 경우 옷을 챙겨입다가 피난이 늦어져 인명피해가 나오는 상황을 대비하기 위해 마련된 가운이다.
소방서에 따르면 지난 2017년 12월 안마사이트 순위제천 스포츠센터 화재, 2019년 2월 대구 사우나 화재 등 목욕탕ㆍ사우나에서 화재 시 옷을 갈아입다가 대피가 지연돼 인명피해가 발생한 사례가 있다.
이에 소방서는 겨울철 소방안전대책의 일환으로 안전의식 제고 및 인명·재산 피해를 예방하고자 사우나, 수면방, 안마시술소 등 안전사고 예방 홍보활동에 힘쓸 예정이다.
옥두식 예방안전과장은 “다중이용시설은 불특정 다수가 이용하는 만큼 화재 시 대형 인명피해 발생 우려가 크다”며 “비상용 목욕가운을 비치하면 피난시 골든타임 확보에 큰 도움이 되니 관계자 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드린다”고 전했다.

최근 브랜드명을 새롭게 바꾸고 UI, UX에 변화를 주는 등 서비스 개선을 선보이며 화제가 되기도 한 국내 IPTV 서비스를 이용하면 구형 TV로도 안드로이드 TV 기능을 즐길 수 있다.
